How To Apply
- For a voluminous, saturated result, first hydrate your lips with our HyE Rich Lip Conditioner and leave it on for a few minutes. Then remove any product residue with a cosmetic tissue. Continue now by applying the Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick directly to your moisturized lips. You can use a lip brush or apply the product directly with the applicator. If desired, apply our HyE Rich Lip Conditioner or our Lip gloss on top.
- To use our Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick as a smudge-proof and waterproof Liquid Blush or Liquid Eyeshadow, place a few dots of product on your cheeks or eyelids with the applicator and blend quickly with a brush or eyeshadow brush.
- We recommend to start by using a small amount of product since our Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick is highly pigmented! You can now enhance the look by applying other colored powder products.
